Vicki StoreyCustomer Service
Manager
Vicki is the
front line person in the office and handles the majority of
administrative tasks and communications related to customer service
and the booking process. She holds extensive knowledge of the
adventure inventory, operational processes and is expert in
itinerary planning. Vicki's customer service skills and attention to
detail have been widely praised from our clients and suppliers year
after year. Vicki holds a BSc in Biology from the University of
Victoria and a diploma in Environmental Sciences from Lakeland
College in Vermilion Alberta. Vicki has travelled to many locations
in Canada to experience our activities first hand. She is active in
hiking, wildlife viewing, fishing, kayaking and
camping.
John KleinertAdventure Consultant, Web Design
John speaks fluent German and looks after
our German speaking clients. He maintains the German version of our
website, www.kanadisch.com and brings many years of experience in the travel business
and website design to the company. John also develops packages
designed for the German market and partners with buyers
overseas.
Jim StoreyManaging Partner, Supplier Relations,
Marketing
Jim
is the main contact for our suppliers in the office. He also deals
with the accounts receivables/payables and is the contact person for
marketing initiatives and general company operations. Jim is a
graduate with distinction from Environmental Sciences from Lakeland
College in Vermilion Alberta. He has over 12 years of experience as
an environmental technologist prior to joining the adventure
company. He is active in outdoor activities such as fishing,
camping, hiking, skiing, biking, snowmobiling, fishing, fishing and
more fishing since childhood. He is a member of the Advisory Board
at Lakeland College for the Adventure Travel and Tourism
Program.
Blair LoberauManaging Partner, Information
Technology
Blair is
responsible for creating and maintaining our website, as well as our
computer network, information and database systems within our
office. Blair holds a diploma in computer science and has over 14
years of experience in the Information Technology sector. He brings
valuable managerial and supervisory skills to our company. He is
active in outdoor activities such as skiing, hiking, snowmobiling,
ATV, fishing, camping and cave exploration.
